**Job Summary**

In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for leading our airport teams to perform their duties in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. You will provide cutting-edge support to our customers through various channels, mentor and guide our team members in skill development, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

* **Driving Operational Excellence**: Lead our front-line team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive operational excellence.
* **Providing Cutting-Edge Support**: Provide cutting-edge support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* **Mentoring and Guiding Team Members**: Mentor and guide team members in skill development, customer service, and company culture.
* **Fostering a Culture of Respect and Trust**: Foster a culture of respect and trust among team members and promote a positive work environment.
* **Collaborating with Internal and External Stakeholders**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

* **2+ Years of Experience in Customer Service**: 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or airline environment.
* **Proven Leadership Experience**: Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
* **Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* **Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* **Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
