**Essential Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
