- Take ownership of customer interactions to exceed expectations and build brand value
- Learn insurance products and processes effectively during training
- Maintain a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions during work and training hours
Skills
- Demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple programs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry or with similar customer service roles
