  • Expanding into additional responsibilities such as appointment scheduling and order taking as you gain experience and new skills

Skills

  • Strong communication skills (you can explain things clearly and stay professional, even when it's challenging)
  • The ability to handle multiple calls and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem-solving mindset and genuine empathy for customer concerns
  • Flexibility to work split shifts
  • Customer service experience is helpful but not required
