Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person
-Maintain customer records by updating account information
-Handle customer orders, process returns, and exchanges
-Utilize phone etiquette to provide excellent service
-Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups
-Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
-Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Qualifications:
-Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
-Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer needs promptly
-Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
