[Remote] Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The IMA Group is a company that supports local, state, and federal agencies by delivering professional medical and psychological examinations. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will handle client inquiries, schedule evaluations, and maintain confidentiality while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients, attorneys, and claimants
- Schedule and coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), including selecting the appropriate reviewer
- Maintain confidentiality and securely manage claimant information
- Coordinate transportation and translation services as needed
- Retrieve and review medical records from the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) website
- Address and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Assist with sales leads and ensure accurate billing for translation/transportation services
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
