This role will be the first point of contact for customers, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and engaging with customers across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer questions via phone, email, and live chat
  • Processing phone orders, returns, warranty claims, and exchanges
  • Engaging with customers on Discord and social media to answer questions and solve problems
  • Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics
