Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services
  • Work closely with team leaders to deliver a safe and excellent airport experience
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
  • Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-focused approach at all times
  • Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to our customers
  • Attend and complete all required training by given deadlines
  • Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face contact with customers
  • Ability to represent the company at all times, with a well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Flexibility to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
  • Reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all American Airlines policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete all relevant training and maintain a valid BAA airside pass, GSAT training, and a valid DVLA driving license
