**Key Role Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service by:

* Responding to inbound calls and providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
* Identifying sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs
* Processing orders, updating customer accounts, and ensuring accurate records in internal systems
* Multitasking effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems

**Requirements**

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

* Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally
* Sales-focused mindset: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service
* Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting
* Availability for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
* Availability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
* Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States

**What You Need to Thrive in Our Remote Environment**

To succeed in our remote environment, you'll need:

* Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite, or cellular)
* 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload
* Ping Rate < 100 ms
* A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours
* Ability to be on webcam during working hours
