Job Type: Part-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts available between 8 AM - 8 PM EST
Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Manage a high volume of calls and correspondence
