**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* **Assisting Customers with Billing Inquiries/Concerns**: Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving their billing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Ensuring Accurate Account Information**: Verify and update customer account information in our client system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Providing Detailed Explanations**: Clearly and concisely explain account status and inquiries to customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services.
* **Adhering to State and Federal Regulations**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
* **Assisting with Delinquent Accounts**: Work with customers to resolve delinquent accounts, following established procedures and guidelines.
* **Utilizing Exceptional Communication Skills**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, utilizing effective communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals.

**Technical Requirements**

For remote positions, the following technical requirements apply:
