**Responsibilities**

As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding a variety of topics, including:

* Billing inquiries
* Disconnect/reconnect
* Payment arrangements
* Budget billings
* Making payments
* Processing trouble and outage orders
* Move-in/out service
* Assisting with My Account (online accounts)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
* Utilize computer navigation skills to access and update customer information
* Type minimally 35-40 WPM to accurately document customer interactions
* Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Multitask to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Adhere to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
* Work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* Prior call center experience
* Great attendance record
* Computer navigation skills
* Ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM
* Great communication skills
* Open to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Adhere to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule

**Technical Requirements**

To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

* Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
* Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
* Speed test results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
* Camera requirements: cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
