Remote Customer Service Specialist - Dental
We are seeking a remote, full time Customer Support Specialist to join our team! We are a fast growing, family owned business that provides an over-the-counter online dental product and solution to improve the quality of life for denture wearers who struggle with ill-fitting dentures. You will be responsible for greeting customers on incoming calls, providing product and service information, as... well as assisting and directing with application issues.
Responsibilities:
Product application guidance and step by step assistance
Inbound and outbound customer calls to address product inquiries and help place orders
Troubleshoot and work to resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints
Document and update customer follow up records
Work cooperatively and efficiently with the team to provide excellent customer service to all customers
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Ability to take take instruction and be coachable
Previous experience in customer service
Previous experience in dental office a plus

Computer literacy and ability to learn several platforms
Stable High speed internet
