[Remote] Customer Service Specialists

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions
- Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer interactions
- Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the customer journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Experience with help desk software (i.e., Freshdesk, Zendesk)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing position
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare or treatment industry
- Familiarity with proprietary software systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
