**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
* Document customer interactions and update support tickets in the CRM system
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
* Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management
* Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
* Stay up-to-date with company offerings, policies, and procedures

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
* A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech support
* Multilingual abilities (a plus)
* Familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
