Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, friendly customer support via chat, email, and occasional phone calls during weekend hours
• Assist users with questions, troubleshoot issues, and help them navigate our CRM features
• Document common issues and work with our team to improve our support resources

Skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a tech or SaaS environment
• Comfortable learning and explaining software tools
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
