[Remote] Data Coordinator - FULLY REMOTE

The Data Coordinator manages assigned data projects, performs data entry, and contributes to team and company enrichment and development.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Sales to Implementation calls for assigned projects; ensure that all data-related questions are addressed
- Contribute in the Initial Implementation Planning Call for assigned projects; ensure that all initial data-related questions are addressed. Participate in future planning calls as appropriate
- Conduct the Data Planning Call(s) for assigned projects; ensure that detailed, clear notes are taken and loaded into Salesforce promptly following the calls
- Coordinate each assigned data entry project, ensuring frequent periodic communications with the customer and the SPM Project Manager, timely entry of data, complete and accurate documentation of summary statistics concerning the data entry for each project
- Complete monthly follow-up calls with customers for duration of six months after the client begins maintaining their own count sheets
- Discuss each project with the SPM Project Manager, the Director of Implementation Services, and/or the Sales Rep as appropriate to obtain a thorough understanding of the project
- Coordinate each assigned project, ensuring frequent periodic communications with the customer and the SPM Project Manager, timely completion of the work, and complete and accurate documentation of summary statistics concerning the data entry for each project
- Prepare set details, loaners, and singles data for upload
- Enter product and instrument information
- Ensure all data entry adheres to SPM standards
- Perform daily backups of all data entered
- Generate data upload scripts for remote projects
- Consult with others as needed to ensure the most efficient, accurate process for data cleanups
- Identify duplicate manufacturers and duplicate instruments in preparation for uploading cleaned databases
- Create the upload script when a database cleanup is complete
- Perform data maintenance work in a timely fashion and according to contract terms
- Submit suggestions for new development that would benefit SPM or SPM's customers
- Participate in programs such as the Customer Education Program
- Train other teammates as appropriate to help keep everyone up to date with Data Specialist skills
Skills
- Minimum one year data entry experience
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Physical location that can access high-speed internet (preferably cable modem)
- Ability to type at least 50 wpm
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Excellent presentation skills before large and small groups
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively with multiple priorities
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software products
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowedge in medical terminology preferred
