About arenaflex

arenaflex is a leading provider of technology‑enabled solutions for the healthcare and insurance sectors. With a mission to streamline provider‑contract workflows, improve data integrity, and accelerate the delivery of care, arenaflex combines deep industry expertise with cutting‑edge digital tools. Our remote‑first philosophy empowers talent from every corner of the country to collaborate, innovate, and make a tangible impact on the health ecosystem—all from the comfort of their own homes. Why This Role Matters

Accurate provider contract data is the backbone of efficient claims processing, provider onboarding, and compliance reporting. As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be the guardian of that data, ensuring every contract record is meticulously scrubbed, validated, and entered into arenaflex’s systems. Your work will directly influence the speed at which providers are activated, the accuracy of reimbursement calculations, and the overall satisfaction of our clients and partners. In short, you will help keep the healthcare supply chain moving smoothly, which ultimately benefits patients across the nation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Scrubbing & Validation: Review, clean, and verify provider contract documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Contract Research & Installation: Locate missing provider information, confirm contract terms, and load verified contracts into arenaflex’s proprietary databases.
  • Status Updates: Accurately update contract status fields in customer systems, reflecting real‑time progress and any required follow‑up actions.
  • Document Retrieval & Entry: Extract data from a variety of sources—including PDFs, scanned images, web portals, and legacy systems—and enter it into structured fields with precision.
  • Discrepancy Analysis: Analyze collected information to spot inconsistencies, flag potential errors, and recommend corrective measures.
  • SLA Compliance: Complete all assigned transactions within defined service‑level agreements, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Domain Knowledge Application: Apply healthcare and insurance concepts to interpret contract language, resolve ambiguities, and support problem‑solving initiatives.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify routine and non‑routine problems, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
  • Email Management: Monitor a shared inbox, respond to internal and external inquiries promptly, and maintain clear communication trails.
  • Training & Continuous Improvement: Successfully complete arenaflex’s onboarding curriculum, demonstrate proficiency, and contribute ideas for process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a role that demanded high‑quality output, meticulous attention to detail, and personal accountability.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment—such as data entry, clerical support, or customer service—working regular, scheduled shifts.

  • Familiarity with AS400, Excel spreadsheets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) commonly used in healthcare data management.
  • Successful completion of arenaflex’s training program, showcasing mastery of contract‑entry workflows and quality‑control protocols.

Core Skills & Competencies
