About the Role:

• Fully remote role with flexible work arrangement (2 weeks work from home, 1 week in office after 8 weeks of paid training)

Responsibilities:

• Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft suite and other software applications to complete tasks
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
• Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
