Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the dedicated order entry email account, ensuring every inbound request is logged, prioritized, and acted upon within service level agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, billing, and customer service teams to resolve missing or ambiguous information, maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Enter new orders into arenaflex’s ERP system within 24 hours of receipt, guaranteeing that production schedules remain on track.
  • Validate insurance details, confirming coverage eligibility and capturing policy numbers, payer codes, and patient identifiers.
  • Conduct routine quality checks on entered data, flagging discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
  • Generate and distribute daily status reports summarizing order volumes, pending items, and any escalations.
  • Continuously improve data entry workflows by suggesting automation opportunities and best‑practice enhancements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned, supporting cross‑functional initiatives and ad‑hoc reporting needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance terminology, including CPT codes, ICD‑10, payer contracts, and claim processing.
