Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Remote Data Entry Support Clerk to assist in organizing, entering, and updating digital records. This role involves handling confidential information, ensuring accuracy, and supporting internal teams with documentation tasks from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update information into company systems, databases, or spreadsheets

    Review forms and files for accuracy, completeness, and formatting

    Maintain and organize digital records and data folders

    Correct errors and ensure consistency across documents

    Process and input data received via email, forms, or online portals

    Support administrative teams with basic reporting or data cleanup

    Follow company data security and privacy policies

    Communicate with supervisors or clients for any clarifications



Qualifications:

Required:

Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail
