Remote Data Reporting Business Analyst (US)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage statistical and compliance reporting workflows, including data collection and preparation
• Extract, analyze, and submit data for regulatory and internal reporting requirements
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and tools to enhance business intelligence and data visibility
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Support data governance efforts and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and external partners
• Automate and optimize existing processes to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities based on data analysis
• Lead the design of reporting solutions that support operational functions across departments

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with SQL for reporting, data extraction, and analysis is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
