We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to join our team as a Director, Human Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results and support our company's mission and values. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States or Mexico.
About the Role
As a Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support business plans and objectives
- Leading recruiting and development activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with leadership teams, employees, and external partners
- Overseeing labor relations activities, including negotiations, arbitrations, and union relationships
- Designing and implementing HR development programs that support business growth and employee development
- Managing organization budgets and ensuring effective use of HR systems and technologies
Your Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Extensive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in senior roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute locally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing HR metrics and data
What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $128,700 - $150,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
