[Remote] Estate Planning Paralegal

Farr Law Firm is a nationally recognized boutique Elder Law and Estate Planning firm serving clients throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. They are seeking a full-time Estate Planning and Elder Law Paralegal to work remotely, focusing on client interaction and managing matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy direct, ongoing client interaction (via email and phone)
• Manage matters after intake, through drafting and follow-up, with minimal supervision

Skills

• Custom cover letter is mandatory for this position

• Prior experience in estate planning or elder law is helpful but not required
• Must be capable of learning complex material, applying it accurately, and following detailed systems with consistency
