Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
  • Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients
  • Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes
  • Collaborate with a team to launch your financial services career

Skills

  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including outside traditional business hours
  • Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for training and work
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies and procedures
  • Experience in financial services or call center environments
  • Passion for providing quality customer service
  • Desire to engage with customers over the phone
  • Adaptability in communication style to service a diverse customer base
  • Strong attention to detail
