The FP&A Associate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, collaborating closely with finance leadership to provide insights into business performance and aid in data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
  • Prepare forecasts and reforecasts based on business performance and updated assumptions
  • Track and report on weekly and monthly pacing metrics
  • Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast
  • Develop and maintain bookings-to-billings analysis and reporting
  • Support management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Develop insightful presentations and financial scenario analysis to facilitate senior management decision-making
  • Assist with accounting oversight to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business performance
  • Support financial policy setting and documentation in partnership with finance leadership
  • Manage and track client bonus programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with financial systems a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
