Responsibilities
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Negotiate terms of sale effectively to close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
• Manage sales administration tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Provide benefits administration information to clients, enhancing their understanding of offerings.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with outside sales teams to maximize outreach and conversion rates.
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

Experience
• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Experience in sales administration and benefits administration is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• A background in customer service is essential for understanding client needs and building rapport.
