Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CBRE is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Analyst to support a major telecommunications client. This role focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of the client's fleet operations and ensuring efficient management of the organization's motor vehicle fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and resolve basic fleet-related inquiries, including disputes and contract terms
  • Update and manage the fleet tracking system with changes, extensions, and other relevant information
  • Monitor and track spending, demonstrating a solid understanding of the client account's commercial model
  • Support management with essential data collection, reporting, and documentation tasks
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant government rules and regulations, and manage related paperwork
  • Develop and process vehicle-related requests, approvals, and updates using established templates, adhering to the client’s internal processes
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis as required
  • Apply your knowledge of standard fleet principles, even with limited practical experience
  • Uphold and exemplify CBRE RISE values in all interactions and work practices
  • Contribute to the quality of your own work and the overall success of the team
  • Work within established procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Effectively communicate information, ask clarifying questions, and ensure mutual understanding

Skills

  • Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard fleet-related challenges
  • Proven ability to analyze information and utilize standard practices to make informed judgments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset
  • Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related figures
  • This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree
