Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations.

Provide accurate fare quotes, travel policies, and itinerary options.

Resolve customer issues related to flight reservations, refunds, and travel disruptions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, fare structures, and industry trends.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and efficient service.

Utilize reservation systems and booking software to process transactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to service level agreements.

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is a plus.

Prior experience in airline reservations, travel agencies, or customer service is preferred.

Proficiency in using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
