Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurants from kickoff to go-live
  • Translate messy real-world operations into a clean, working system
  • Make FIRST feel indispensable from day one
  • Become a trusted partner to restaurant owners and operators
  • Identify upsell opportunities as accounts scale
  • Retain and expand accounts through real relationships, not scripts
  • Communicate feedback directly to the CEO and engineering team
  • Help shape product decisions based on real-world usage
  • Close the loop between restaurant reality and software development

Skills

  • US citizen/visa only
  • Any experience (new grads ok)
  • Ability to relate easily to diverse individuals
  • Strong follow-through and reliability
  • Optimism and resilience in challenging situations
  • Understanding of how software applications work
  • Comfortable using modern software tools like Google Workspace and Slack
