[Remote] Global Retail Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. K18 is a company focused on hair freedom through innovative biotech solutions. They are seeking a highly organized Global Retail Sales Coordinator to support the Retail Sales team by managing product data, coordinating assets for product launches, and ensuring accurate new product setups.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global retail sales teams to drive revenue in key channels & markets (ie. Sephora, Kohls, & QVC)
- Generate weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting to analyze and report out on sales performance
- Assist in product management for full pipeline including new launches inclusive of New Product Forms, SKU creation, managing key deadlines, PXM, asset uploads and approvals, partnering with Skeepers and more
- Own Visual Merchandising operations & documentation per retailer
- Own Sephora sampling operations
- Manage international promo request & price changes
- Monitor the competitive landscape (trends, product launches, retailer promos etc)
- Manage calendars, scheduling call invites, and market meetings
- PO management and updates
- Assisting with shipping training assets + gratis accurately and in a timely manner
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to learn new Sephora specific systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude with flexibility to work across multiple time zones
- A team player with an open mind and a desire to find better, smarter ways to drive results
