The role involves creating a wide range of visual materials, including promotional content, social media graphics, and personalized marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Your design work will span a diverse range of materials, including:
- Flyers and promotional materials
- Social media graphics and content
- Banners and signage
- Brochures and sales collateral
- Direct mail pieces and postcards
- Booklets and eBooks
- Infographics and data visualizations
- Advertisements across various platforms
- Custom marketing materials for individual loan originators
Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Canva for efficient template creation and team collaboration
- Eye for typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Understanding of brand consistency across multiple touchpoints
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines
- Strong prioritization skills – you'll need to quickly assess urgency and importance
- Template creation mindset – we value smart systems that enable speed without sacrificing quality
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with various team members
