Key Responsibilities

Work as part of a billing team to submit accurate, clean claims to payers through the client billing system.

Address clearinghouse and front-end rejections within a 24-hour turnaround time.

Route claims to appropriate departments when client or IKS input is required.

Ensure billing actions are resolution-focused and completed within agreed turnaround times.

Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.

Required Experience

MUST HAVE Medicaid experience.

Preferred: Prior experience in Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or Claims Processing(1-2 years).

Candidates with experience in:

Insurance claims/policy processing

Accounting / Finance (transaction handling, reconciliations)

Administrative roles requiring accuracy and case resolution

Technical / Functional

Basic proficiency in G Suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Comfort with computer-based systems and multitasking across applications

Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $14 to $21 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
