Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters specializing in physician placements to join our network.

You will work on active, high-priority roles with focusing on placing high-value physician candidates.

This is a pure performance-based opportunity designed for recruiters who want to earn $10K+ per deal without limits.

Responsibilities
• Source and engage physician candidates (MD/DO) through outbound outreach
• Conduct initial screening and qualification calls
• Submit qualified, interview-ready candidates
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with client manager on feedback and next steps

Skills
• Proven experience recruiting physicians or healthcare professionals
• Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn, databases, outbound messaging)
• Ability to qualify candidates effectively and professionally
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-only structure
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
