Remote High-Ticket Closer for Established Coaching Programs - Contract to Hire

About the Role:

We’re a well-established coaching company with 10+ years of proven success, continuing to expand our remote sales team. Our coaching programs cover multiple high-demand markets, including relationships, dating, health optimization, financial growth, and online business. You’ll speak exclusively with warm, inbound prospects who have already opted in and scheduled a call.

Compensation & Benefits:

You’ll earn 10% commission from day one, with no cap on earnings and additional performance-based incentives. Many of our sales specialists consistently earn $10,000+ per month. There’s no cold calling or prospecting—your calendar is managed for you. We offer structured onboarding, ongoing sales coaching, regular call reviews, and a supportive, mission-driven culture.

Who This Is For:

You have demonstrated success closing high-ticket offers, preferably via Zoom or similar platforms. You’re disciplined, coachable, and performance-oriented, with a collaborative mindset. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) remote position for someone looking for long-term growth, predictable lead flow, and strong earning potential.
