ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you.

📞 What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to existing HomeServe customers

Cross-selling and upselling HomeServe home protection products

Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings

Accurately documenting calls and sales

Meeting quality and performance expectations

⏰ Schedule

Paid Training: 10a-630p

After Training: 10a-630p

✅ What We’re Looking For

Call center and/or sales experience preferred

Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Comfortable with outbound sales calls

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Laptop or Computer must have 16 Gigs of Ram. IT will install Citrix on your PC.

Ability to work from home without distraction

MUST RESIDE IN THE USA IN AN APPROVED STATE

Background check required

✅ Technical Requirements

Windows 11 or later

No MacBook, Win Book, or Chromebook

 High-speed internet

2 monitors preferred but not required

Ethernet cord hardwired into router

USB headset with volume control, mute button, and microphone

Webcam

Minimum 8GB RAM

Required internet speed: 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload

Must attend System Setup with our IT department
