Remote Hospice Triage Registered Nurse - Full-Time Baylor Shift (TN)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis, working a Baylor schedule that includes every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide after-hours triage services to hospice and home health patients, utilizing client-customized protocols and best-in-class technology
• Assess patient needs, provide guidance and support, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMRs) and internal applications
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Current RN license in a Compact state, or willingness to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in fast-paced environments (ED, critical care, surgical services, etc.)
• High-speed internet access and a quiet, private workspace that meets HIPAA compliance standards
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in EMRs and ability to navigate multiple technology applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to empathize with patients and families
