Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking customized vacation packages (flights, cruises, accommodations, tours, and more)

  Research destinations, resorts, and experiences to match client preferences and budgets

  Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip

  Stay current on travel trends, supplier offers, and destination updates

  Utilize approved booking tools and partner systems to manage reservations

  Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all bookings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred (but not required)

  Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

  Proficient with computers and online systems (CRM or booking platforms a plus)

  Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
