[Remote] Inside Service Representative - 3

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The Inside Service Representative will focus on providing high-level customer support and service, develop and maintain customer relationships, and work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college / university preferred
• 1-3 years B to B / pharma / Inside sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated success selling in a remote only environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong presentation and communication skills utilizing supplied tools
• Proven ability to identify, engage and influence key discussions with Staff
• Focused on providing a high level of customer support and service with a sense of urgency
• Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Experience maintaining accurate records of all activities
• Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred
• Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
• High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
• Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs
