Position Summary

Responsibilities
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and communication tools
• Assist with insurance applications, policy updates, and general service requests
• Maintain accurate client records in company systems
• Track open tasks and ensure timely completion
• Work with internal teams to support smooth daily operations

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
