[Remote] Junior Mortgage Underwriter

The role involves reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with investor guidelines and underwriting Conventional loans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating a loan application for creditworthiness
• Determining if the loan is an acceptable risk for Ross Mortgage
• Reviewing all documentation (Capacity, Credit, Cash, Collateral) to ensure that it meets investor guidelines for resale in the secondary market
• Underwriting and clearing all conditions for Conventional loans
• Having a thorough knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC standards
