[Remote] Law Firm Receptionist

Wyman Legal Solutions is positioned as Florida's Premier Residential Construction Law Firm for Homeowners, focusing on providing value-added services. They are seeking a client-service-oriented Receptionist to field calls from potential clients and existing clients, as well as manage data entry into the firm's CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Empathetically fielding calls from potential new clients and pre-qualifying them before they are scheduled to speak with the Client Intake Manager
• Fielding all other calls that come into the firm from existing clients, opposing law firms, expert witnesses, and Judicial Assistants
• Accurately entering data into the Firm's CRM system and lead tracking spreadsheets
