Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Location: Bowie, Maryland

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Are you an experienced LCSW-C looking to make a meaningful difference-on your own schedule? We are currently hiring a Remote Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical to provide telehealth services to clients across Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individual, couples, or group therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a remote team of mental health professionals
• Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care
• Attend virtual team meetings and participate in continuing education as needed

Requirements
• Active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and working independently
• Private, confidential workspace and reliable internet connection
