Role Overview

Forging Paths Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. This position involves providing essential mental health support within a school setting, empowering students to navigate their emotional and social challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students experiencing various emotional and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to support student well-being and academic success.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
• Stay informed on best practices and current trends in school-based mental health services.

Required Qualifications
• Valid LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Experience working in a school environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
