Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Location: Willmar, Minnesota

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual therapy and clinical social work services to diverse clients
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance client outcomes

Requirements
• Active and unrestricted LICSW license in the state of Minnesota
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
