Role Overview

In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families as they navigate their personal challenges from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, focusing on marriage and family dynamics.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
