We are currently looking to grow our team by bringing on board a Live Chat Agent. Your role as a Live Chat Agent includes utilizing our live chat platform to offer top-notch customer assistance. Your main objectives will be responding to customer inquiries, alleviating concerns, and guaranteeing their complete satisfaction.

If you excel in communication and are dedicated to providing top-notch... customer service, we are interested in talking with you. Responsibilities include:
• Having conversations with customers, clients, and employees to address daily issues within and outside the organization. Place customer//client needs as the highest priority
• Provide useful advice on the product or service.
• Updating account information to keep customer records current.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
