Responsibilities

Delivering care to clients in a home health setting
Providing one on one care
Utilizing electronic charting using Cubhub
Participating in in-house education and training programs
Engaging with clients and their families
Working flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
Responding to on-call support as needed

Skills

LPN with a current valid nursing license
