[Remote] Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist- Tecksoft
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Banyan Software is a rapidly growing company focused on acquiring and developing enterprise software businesses. They are seeking a motivated individual to help build their national lead generation engine, which involves planning campaigns, managing CRM activities, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns to support growth across Canada
- Manage and optimize CRM activities in HubSpot (lead tracking, pipeline updates, and campaign performance metrics)
- Research and build lists of potential customers using tools like DealFront, ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Support content and digital marketing efforts by creating email templates, short videos, and campaign materials
- Coordinate outreach efforts — including occasional cold calls and follow-ups with clinics across Canada
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design campaigns for new product features and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and campaign outcomes in HubSpot and other systems
- Represent TeckSoft professionally as the first point of contact for new prospects and partners
Skills
- College diploma or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing, lead generation and customer engagement
- Hands-on experience (or familiarity) with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, DealFront or ZoomInfo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — English is mandatory; French is an asset
- Enthusiasm to learn, self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a remote team
