[Remote] MARKETING COORDINATOR
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TBN is a leader in faith-based television programming, and they are seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing team. This role involves managing organic social media, assisting with email and blog content, and coordinating marketing projects in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish organic social posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Basic video editing for social media and other simple marketing needs
- Write thoughtful, on-brand post captions that align with Yippee’s brand voice
- Help maintain a consistent posting rhythm and content calendar
- Engage with comments and messages
- Assist with pulling simple performance metrics and insights
- Build and format marketing emails in HubSpot
- Publish and format blog posts in HubSpot
- Proofread emails, blogs, and landing pages
- Help coordinate marketing projects by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Keep project management tools updated and organized
- Support the marketing team by following up on action items and deadlines
- Assist in preparing assets and materials for campaigns and launches
- Update spreadsheets and trackers with campaign and content data
- Support cross-team communication between teams
- Jump in where needed to support campaigns, launches, and initiatives
